Regardless Of Biases, America Is Virtually GUARANTEED A “First” In Presidential History In November: The First Black President Whom Isn’t A “Co-Black President” (i.e., The Clintons) OR The First Octogenarian (give or take a few years) “First-Termer”
Historic, this election, I tell you — absolutely, amazingly HISTORIC. We, The People, shall be triumphing in November no matter which team — the McCain-Palin team or Obama-Biden team, wins the general election. Either way it goes, not only are we limited to those “firsts” listed above, should Team McCain Paŕa Èl Presidenté triumph in November, Señor McCain shall be the first Panamanian-born Èl Presidenté in our young nation’s history; should Team O-Bomber win the contest, we shall have, for the Leader Of The Free World, the first president of ANY color to sink a 3-pointer in Afghanistan (Source: YouTube video) to the thundering applause of U.S. troops.
So you see, despite some of the above information combined with what some call “troubling news” from the Stanford poll (Source: Associated Press -slash- Yahoo! News, which is why THIS blogger is so “skittish” to cut and paste anything from the link for you), we shall enjoy a “first” of some sort — first “Barack”, first “Juan Sidney”, first Lady Veep in Sarah Palin, first pro-abortion Catholic in Joe Biden, first “First Time Centegenarian” — something for everybody to cheer for regardless of our gender, age, or racial makeup.
On the other hand, it is a bit disturbing, the fact so many “likely voters” today are STILL racially biased against black people and/or against voting for an Elder Elderly Statesman to lead us to their slightly-different versions of “Utopia”.
Of course, for those who think those Mayans had good reason for ending their calendar at December 21st, 2012, this election shall feature a “LAST” or two as well to be considered, in which case, wouldn’t we prefer to have some neoconservative “end-timers” at the helm, i.e., Sarah and Juan?

If you ask me, this poll is at least in part a pre-emptive “Let’s pretend those damned typical white women didn’t help tank Barky” report.
But that’s ok. Let them play. If the Democrats don’t learn that for sure this year when Obama tanks, we will teach them again next time, and the next time–till they get it. And if they never get it, we will never support them, the pigs. There are plenty of us who will NEVER forget what they did to Hillary, and what they are doing to Sarah. They may never get us back. But we will stay registered as Democrats just for spite.

It’s important to note, that if racism is a factor(which it will be), it will the racism of Democrats and Independents. After all, Republicans are going to vote Republican, even if Sen. Biden headed the ticket. As I’ve always said, y’all need to police yourself better.

Chuck, that IS important to note and somewhere a couple of months back I brought that to the forefront by covering the racist Dems in Virginia who were responding to polls (Hillary vs. Obama) in the most offensive racial overtones every heard from ANY hillbilly — left OR right.
I knew a few of these types right here in good ole’ Mobile, Alabama (shocking, I know!) believe it or not
