Folks, whether or not Deborah Jeane Palphrey, A.K.A., “The D.C. Madame” REALLY took her own life or not, you’ve got to admit, her STILL not publicized list of phone numbers (linked with the names) of EXTREMELY influential and prominent Washington D.C. clients, including members of Congress and, perhaps, even HIGHER, contains a HUGE list of possible suspects should this become a murder investigation.
After learning of these developments, this sounds like a VERY good time for me to announce top our readers, I WILL NEVER, EVER, COMMIT SUICIDE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Perhaps, other so-called “influential” bloggers might consider doing the same, lest they ruffle the “feathers” of too many, or at least, some of the WRONG “powers that be”. I also service my car regularly, so if my brakes suddenly happen to “go out”, please file the story into your “Not Likely” category, PLEASE.
I’m not accusing anybody of anything; don’t get me wrong. I’m just SAYING — this whole thing just STINKS. After all, the woman was guaranteed a short prison sentence, and after she served it, Hollywood and book deals were waiting to transform her into a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE for spilling her guts. Offer MOI three years in a “country club” in exchange for never having to work another day in my life, and while having to make a CHOICE might be a bit depressing, I’ll probably go for the latter. Most CERTAINLY not the path Ms. Palphrey (SUPPOSEDLY) chose to take. But hey — you all be the judges — I’m just a regular guy with an understandably low opinion of our government officials in general…

D.C. Madam’ Is Found Dead, Apparently in a Suicide

TARPON SPRINGS, Fla. (AP) — A woman convicted two weeks ago of running a Washington call-girl ring that catered to the capital’s power elite was found dead here Thursday, and the authorities said she had apparently hanged herself.
The body of the woman, Deborah Jeane Palfrey, 52, was found in a shed at her mother’s home here about 20 miles northwest of Tampa. The police said Ms. Palfrey had left a notebook containing at least two suicide notes and other messages to her family, but they did not give additional details.
Ms. Palfrey, who had quickly become known as the D.C. Madam when the case against her began unfolding, apparently hanged herself from the shed’s ceiling with nylon rope, the police said. Her mother, Blanche Palfrey, discovered the body.
Blanche Palfrey had no sign that her daughter was suicidal, and there was no immediate indication that alcohol or drugs were involved, Capt. Jeffrey Young of the Tarpon Springs Police Department said. …”
Listen UP: A “mom” KNOWS. If Ms. Palphrey was suicidal in any way, shape or FORM, “Momma” would have picked up on it. But, HEY — “Surpise, SURPISE!”. Daughter hangs herself, out of the blue — set for life after a couple of years in a “country club” of a prison with good time served? Call me a “skeptic”. I’m skeptical, to say the very least.
Rest In Peace, Deborah Jeane Palphrey, and may the TRUTH avenge you, despite the fact that nobody seems to care about anything in this country right now aside from who will be appointed by the People to exploit our tax dollars, our system of government and our civil liberties in general.
