You’ve got to hand it to our president — he is demonstrating he KNOWS he is nothing more than a leader elected public servant who works for The People versus the other way around (NY Daily News). Were I a hat wearing sort of a guy wearing a hat at the time of this publication, I’d be tipping it to President Barack Hussein Obama for becoming the FIRST American president EVER to begin what we can only hope will morph into a tradition for ALL of our elected public servants, including, of course, every subsequent holder of the Oval Office both today and into the future.
House members, Senators, future presidents and yep — even mayors — it’s time for you to follow the lead of our 44th president and begin bowing every time you are in the presence of your constituents. It’s only RIGHT and it will only serve to prove you clearly know what your roles are: YOU serve US and not the other way around. We are YOUR “bosses” and NOT the other way around. Got it? Thanks in advance…
And thank you, President Obama for your selfless reminder to your fellow public servants. Please — keep up the good work and we MIGHT just let you keep your job for awhile. Aspiring public servants — follow the president’s lead.

Hmmm, “they” work for us, as in its “our” money. Agree GTL, guess thats why I find it so hard to swallow the crap they are trying to cram down our throats, like so much bad draft beer(Crap and Trade, Health care “reform”, etc, etc, etc). Nancy Belagosi claims she will “pole vault”(I can think of something else to do with that pole), parachute, etc, to get health care legislation passed, for “the good of Americans”. Guess she forgot who she “serves” GTL, as have most all “career politicians”….
Or, maybe it is him buying into the Cult of Victimhood that is part and parcel of eh lefts agenda. Or, that he feels the endemic liberal guilt for being in the best country ever.

A word of warning people
This president and this congress is going to destroy the economy.
Nothing else really matters and if anyone is not jumping up and down and screaming right now…….we are fixing to have the national debt become 100 percent of GDP. That is going to cause catastrophic and dire economic news for America.
This president plans to destroy America. Remember their tactic is to CREATE A CRISIS and then solve it. Well they are going to create a crisis alright and there aint no solving it barring giving the president powers beyond imagination.
But thats okay we can cap and tax the shit outta the people to pay the debt……they just dont get it……if you take money from the people….the people aint got no money to spend and tax revenue declines……..its a never ending spiral downard.
We can increase the welfare rolls by 25,000,000 people and that will bring down the cost of the governments healthcare costs.
They just dont get it and NOVEMBER cant come fast enough.
What was America thinking putting these nitwits in charge during a massive recession.
The only way out of this is fixing to become a Huge Chavez type solution…….deflate the dollar and nationalize our business so we dont have to pay back what we owe. It is after all money we OWE ourselves except for roughly 1.5 trillion owed to outsiders such as Japan and China.

It’s pretty clear from the comments the GTL and the “Moderate” have been making lately that the Obama Kool-Aid is flowing like water in Alabama.
Obama’s most recent bow just reveals further that he is a racist. The bow was his knee-jerk response to Iorio’s somewhat Asian appearance. Obama likes bowing to Asians. He thinks it makes him look cool and intellectual.
I’m afraid you may be right Doomed, if you take the time to do the math, Obama’s plans will bankrupt the country. The top 5% of wage earners, the group that is supposed to pay for all of Obama’s liberal clap-trap, should earn about 3.3 trillion dollars combined in 2010. Even if you take everything they earn, it isn’t enough to pay for the bloated Obama-Pelosi-Reid liberal pork laden budget.
The only way to pay for programs of this size is through total redistribution of the nation’s wealth. “From each according to his ability, to each accordiing to his need.” Or risk Global Economic Collapse . . . again.
Don’t go out and buy that new Mustang yet. Pelosi hasn’t decided if you need it or not.
