The GTL™ Sunday Guest Column — “All The President’s Breast Men” By Christopher L. Doster

Gun Toting Liberal Sunday guest columnist and author Christopher L. Doster uses humor wit sarcasm to attack public option healthcare...GTL™ Sunday Guest Columnist: Author And “Moderately-Right-Of-Center” Political Pundit, Christopher L. Doster, Employs His Wit, Sarcasm And Conservative Sense Of Humor To Attack ObamaCare…

“All The President’s Breast Men”

After recently escaping from the People’s Republic of NY State, I feel like I have gone back in time. Not so much with the new surroundings in my adopted “red” home state of Alabama, but with the most recent red flags coming out Washington. See, the last time I called the great port city of Mobile my primary residence, Bill Clinton was running around the White House, chasing interns and having buxom blondes accuse him of philandering. I never thought I would say I miss the Clinton years, but I’ll take Gennifer Flowers over Nancy Pelosi any day. Although, that bizarre red outfit she wore during the latest “health care” bill vote seemed to indicate that her “headlights” were on. Not bad for a Grandmother but hey, what was that fellow communist lawmaker looking at, certainly not her eyes…chauvinist pig.

Ok, enough about cleavage and the many “breast benefits” women have bestowed upon men. Our favorite community organizer and one of his famous “panels” have begun the process of rationing health care, or at least floating a trial balloon to see how we react. Don’t believe me; think it’s just another far right attempt at saying “NO” to reform? The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (huh, are they like “Czars” or something?) began advising women to delay regular mammogram screening (Time) until age 50, and even then, to get tested only every other year.

Even the bozos on the government run media show “Good Morning Americaagreed to a person that the proposal was a “head scratcher”. So much for towing the party line and blindly following Obama and his boys with that “thrill running up your leg” Host Robin Roberts, a breast cancer survivor, did her best to appear curious, but could not hide her shock and awe at the report.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius attempted to “clarify” the government’s position (CNN) by suggesting that women “”Keep doing what you have been doing for years: talk to your doctor about your individual history, ask questions and make the decision that is right for you.”

To further illustrate dysfunction within the administration as well as disconnect with the American people, yet ANOTHER new government “panel” is recommending that women get pap smears every 2 years instead of the traditional annual test. Ask your local ObGyn what they prescribe for preventative ovarian cancer testing – bet its pap smears once a year. What to believe ladies; your personal doctor who has provided years of care for some of your most intimate body parts, or some “panel” in Washington? Welcome to ObamaCare!

If this doesn’t wake up the millions of women voters partially responsible for this President and his panels initiating real “rationing” of healthcare, before a bill is even passed (God forbid), maybe this will. The latest senate version of the health care bill (all 2,074 pages of it), compliments of that medical genius Harry Reid, includes a 5% tax (The Politico) on cosmetic treatments, including Botox (what’s Pelosi to do?). Looks like the President and all his breast men are targeting not only small business, but small breasted women as well…. — This Sunday Column was penned by the one and only CLD

    Well said.

EXCEPT – it is toe the line, not tow the line. So it would be toeing, not towing.

The mamogram thing is not a hard call to make at all.

The US Government is now practicing RATIONING HEALTHCARE.

Dont get it at 40…get it at 50.

Rationing has already started. I was watching 60 minutes tonight and they were like man we got to stop putting sick people in hospitals. We need to give them pills, send them home and hope it gets better.

Good lord….cant you see whats happening here.

RATIONING has already begun and the bill hasnt even passed yet.

    Doomed Reply:

@Doomed, Seriously My refernce to 60 minutes was and ABC show instead of 60 minutes. But this was exactly what the guy they were interviewing was saying.

We have got to stop putting people in hospitals. The health care industry puts far too many people into hospitals.

Seriously the guy said…we should try new treatments, send them home and see if they work. Think of new strategies to KEEP PEOPLE OUT OF HOSPITALS.

Lets see….if you do that….Hospitals GO BROKE…then the Government gets to OWN HOSPITALS too………HOSPITAL BAILOUT coming to a country near you….

Courtesy of Barak Obama and the progressive left.

Oh wait. If you start telling the doctors what they CAN CHARGE…and you cut payments….Guess what??

Economics 101…Doctors have to cut staff to pay the bills. That means less people working in a doctors office. Less people working in a Hospital.

Nurses willing to work Midnight to Eight AM for 22,000 dollars a year with a 4 year education will become dental assistants who work 8-5 and make 30k a year.

Don’t you guys on the left get it. Free markets provide jobs….NOT THE GOVERNMENT.

But with this health care fiasco….we are going to destroy the American economy and like the White HOuse said……….Better get used to 10 percent unemployments….cause thats what they are promising us.

    Cap and Tax
    Health Care Reform.
    Immigration Reform.

More POOR Democrats begging for less government dollars.

PROGRESSIVE……..NEOCON…..which is worse? Foreign terrorists or domestic terrorists?

Hey, did you all catch this: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2009/11/not-that-it-matters-politically-because-shes-a-republican-idiot-and-hes-a-democrat-geniusbut-sarah-palins-poll-numbers-are-c.html

My, my, MY! A know nothing nobody from nowhere, with no political experience, or any other experience, seems to be catching up to The Know Everything SOMEBODY from Chicago with just oodles of experinece in everything.

    I really like this:

We’ll all hear much next year about how jobs are the last thing to improve in a sour economy, even in congressional districts that don’t actually exist. Which is too bad for Democrats because jobs are the obvious first measure the public uses to measure the economy.

Historically, the White House party loses about 17 House seats in a normal midterm election cycle. That wouldn’t change control of the House.

George W. Bush’s GOP actually gained seats in 2002. Democrat Bill Clinton’s first midterm election was a political Katrina, producing the Contract with America and so-called Republican revolution that saw the GOP take control of both houses of Congress after years of minority status.

Much of that turnaround was attributed to Clinton having run in 1992 as a centrist and then immediately pushed a more liberal agenda involving healthcare reform.

But that couldn’t possibly happen again because of the popularity of Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, whose current favorable poll ratings are — let’s see here — OMG, only about half of Palin’s.

Gee, looks like Nancy isnt really all that popular outside of CA.

By they way, check this link too – http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2009/11/obama-joe-biden-economy-.html Good news: Obama creates 30 new jobs in one congressional district. Bad news: No such district. Maybe it was a district in the 58th or 59th state.

    Doomed Reply:

@Joe Lovell, Barak Obama had a judgement.

Experience aint all its cracked up to be. Its about judgement.

So he scrounged around, found all the radicals who had no experience but lots of judgement and put them in charge of stuff.

That stuff is in trouble now.

    Totally off topic:

    http://www.defenselink.mil/news/newsarticle.aspx?id=56792

A hero has crossed the river and now rests in the shade of a tree.

WASHINGTON, Nov. 20, 2009 – Retired Army Col. Lewis L. Millett, who received the Medal of Honor during the Korean War for leading what reportedly was the last major American bayonet charge, died Nov 14.

Millett, 88, died in Loma Linda, Calif., after serving for more than 15 years as the honorary colonel of the 27th Infantry Regiment Association.

Millet received the Medal of Honor for his actions Feb. 7, 1951. He led the 25th Infantry Division’s Company E, 27th Infantry, in a bayonet charge up Hill 180 near Soam-Ni, Korea. A captain at the time, Millet was leading his company in an attack against a strongly held position when he noticed that a platoon was pinned down by small-arms, automatic, and antitank fire.

Millett placed himself at the head of two other platoons, ordered fixed bayonets, and led an assault up the fire-swept hill. In the fierce charge, Millett bayoneted two enemy soldiers and continued on, throwing grenades, clubbing and bayoneting the enemy, while urging his men forward by shouting encouragement, according to his Medal of Honor citation.

“Despite vicious opposing fire, the whirlwind hand-to-hand assault carried to the crest of the hill,” the citation states. “His dauntless leadership and personal courage so inspired his men that they stormed into the hostile position and used their bayonets with such lethal effect that the enemy fled in wild disorder.”

Millett was wounded by grenade fragments during the attack, but he refused evacuation until the objective was firmly secured. He recovered, and attended Ranger School after the war.

A freakin’ bayonet charge – UPHILL!!! Lord keep his brave and crazy soul.
