Blago: “I am innocent. I now will fight in the courts to clear my name. …”
Well, the former governor of Illinois, a.k.a., ’round these parts, “The Cabbage Patch Kid“, has a lot of new material to discuss on his talk radio fill-in gig on Chicago’s WLS-AM 890 AM (NBC Chicago). INDICTED on lots of bad stuff; I’m surprised his world famous hairdo isn’t standing straight up right now.
DOWN goes The Cabbage Patch Kid (Chicago Breaking News) along with his former fundraiser Christopher Kelly, lobbyist and former Blagojevich chief of staff Lon Monk, another former Blago chief of staff John Harris and Springfield insider for decades, William Cellini. Things aren’t looking too good for Mrs. Cabbage Patch Kid, Patti Blagojevich who also appears to have been hanging out with Tony “The Rez” Resko as well. No charges for her though. YET.
Just remember, these folks are all to be considered “innocent” until found guilty before a jury of their peers. After all, we should all take former Alaska Senator Ted Stevens as an example — even after he was convicted of multiple felonies by a jury of his peers, just yesterday, our Attorney General of the United States and President Obama appointee, Eric Holder dismissed his guilty charge, making him an “innocent man” despite having been made a felon by The People (Fox News).
In other words, anything can happen in between now and the time “The Patches” and their buddies may actually find themselves behind bars pardoned by either President Obama or new Illinois Governor Pat Quinn. AG Holder has shown us the Constitution is MUCH more lenient today than it was in the day it was written by our Founders. “Innocent until proven guilty before a jury of one’s peers” now means “Innocent until proven guilty before a jury of one’s peers, sentenced by the judge and serving one’s full sentence if one happens to be ‘in bed with’ or a high-profile politician“.
Like Sarah “The Barracuda” Palin and Alaska GOP Chairman Randy Ruedrich who are now demanding Senator Mark Begich (R-AK) step down now and make way for Ted “I’m an honest guy, REALLY” Stevens to reclaim His Rightful Royal Throne, I’m demanding Illinois Governor Pat Quinn step down IMMEDIATELY upon The Cabbage Patch Kids’ upcoming pardon.

Too bad that the prosecutors in the Ted Stevens case are now facing criminal charges themselves. Last time I looked they were going to be charged with Prosecutorial Misconduct and Contempt of Court. The verdict isn’t being overturned for any reason other than the fact that the Prosecution lied and cheated, withheld exculpatory evidence, threatened defense witnesses, coerced and even bribed prosection witnesses, etc, etc, etc.
The Jury of Peers made the wrong decision because the prosecution fed them tainted evidence.
Dems, if you’re going to go after a republican senator, at least get your facts straight first and do it without violating even more laws than the guy you’re trying to prosecute. Duh.
In Blago’s case… I can’t wait to see who he brings down with him (as he has promised to do). Obama might have to pardon Blago to buy his silence and keep himself out of prison.

They will most likely end up indicting Barak Obama right after he is forced to release his real Birth Certificate which tells us he was OBL’s son. That might explain why he was bowing to his uncle the prince of Saudi Arabia.
I suspect that the Obama camp is trying to get all their far left stuff passed now because once we learn he is not a native born citizen and was guilty of bribing Blaggo then he will be toast and we will have Joe Bidden as president who cant really put more then 2 sentences together without inserting his foot in his mouth.
What a country. I ordered a new big screen tv to watch the demise of the USA under the democratic leadership.

I’d rather see my president bowing to a Saudi leader than watching with my jaw dropped completely as my former president waltzed around Washington holding hands with him but that’s just MOI
