The United States Of 'Merka Weeps As Our Greatest Presidential Team EVER Exits The Oval Office...

Folks, leave it up to the far-leftwing commies in the mainstream media to “spin” that one indisputable fact in the sub-headline of this column. No surprise at all, the NYT has intentionally de-emphasized President “Surge” Dubya Bush’s REAL “legacy” — the fact he once held THE highest job approval rating EVER of ANY president since Gallup had begun job approval tracking back in the days of Franklin D. Roosevelt — the days when Señor Juan Sidney McCain of Arizona Panama was a young whippersnapper in his late sixties.

But, as I have previously alluded — the MSM has intentionally tried to water down this extraordary accomplishment by our 43rd president by mentioning a couple of polling stats nobody else really cares about — the current, irrelevant by anybody’s standards — the job approval ratings of both President Bush and The Sleeping Veep Vice President Richard “Shotgun” Cheney just to take another one of those “driveby potshots” the New York Times has become famous for. UNBELIEVABLE…

The New York Times/CBS News poll approval ratings for the DEPARTING Cheney-Bush team — MIND you, in an intentionally-deceptive piece by Megan Thee-Brennan entitled “Poll Finds Disapproval of Bush Unwavering“…

George Bush: 22%

Dick Cheney: 13% (But he doesn’t “buy that“)

Did you happen to catch that “key word” MS. Thee-Brennan used in the title of her piece? You know, that word “DISAPPROVAL”? As if any level-headed American wishes to see this great presidential team of Cheney-Bush exit the White House? Folks — THAT is what we call left-wing, MSM slant. She might as well have written “Thank God, The One, The Omnipotent, Barry “Steve” Obama is taking over the helm! HOO-RAH!! HOO-RAH!!!”

MS. Thee-Brennan, in a short moment of decency and SEMI-honesty, however; DID admit to the most important fact represented by the Cheney-Bush pollsters enemies:

“… In surveys that began with Gallup polling in the administration of Franklin D. Roosevelt, Mr. Bush has the distinction of being the president with both the highest and lowest approval ratings. The highest, 90 percent, was recorded shortly after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. …”

Again, the “hidden truth” is the fact that even SHE of the left-wing MSM admits — THE “Bush Legacy” — that three-day 90% approval rating is his and his alone and we shall most likely NEVER see that high of an approval rationg again. At least, not in OUR lifetimes.

Damn those liberal commies at the NYT! I’m almost ready to cancel two or three of my subscriptions. President Bush deserves credit for…umm, let me think, umm, I know there is something… I got it, he’s the best damn guy around that hasn’t been the victim of a drunken Vice President hunting accident.

The rest of the stuff he’s accused of doing, the media made up and never happened! Or did it? I think my brain DVR is stuck again.

Yeah. And The Obama is saying things like “Dick Cheney’s advice was good, which is let’s make sure we know everything that’s being done,” i.e., before throwing out methods simply because Obama campaigned against them.” (taken from Krauthammers oped piece form yeaterday). We are seeing a wholesale remunciation of almost all of The Obamas campaign postions and, while not universal or enthusiastic, an embracing of the positions and policies of the Eeeeeeevil idiot-genius Dubbya Bush.

About all we will have left of his promises is change. Look for it under seat cushions and car seats.

What do you think Bush’s real approval/disapproval rating is these days if the CBS/NYT poll isn’t accurate?

President Bush’s current approval rating is actually at 34 and climbing. That’s higher than the last democrat idol Clinton when he was impeached for perjury – errrr – left office.
