This (Non) SCOTUS Ruling Sure To Go Down In History As Yet Another Of Many Horrible Mistakes Of THIS Makeup Of The Supreme Court
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again — Neither President-elect Barry “Steve-O” Obama OR his former presidential candidate – slash – “foe”, Señor Juan Sidney McCain, meet the definition of “Natural Born Citizen” as defined in the U.S. Constitution, therefore; neither man should have EVER been afforded the opportunity to serve We, The People, in the Oval Office in the first place. One of our great fellow Citizens; a Citizen who would have made Paul Revere proud; Mr. Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., petitioned the SCOTUS with an emergency appeal to review both of these fakers’ documents in order to right a tremendous wrong.
When this understandable emergency petition first hit the steps of the SCOTUS, a traitorous “Justice” by the name of David H. Souter immediately dismissed it. Luckily (or so we thought), a “Sean Hannity” type of “Great American” Justice by the name of Clarence Thomas stepped up to the plate and INSISTED these men’s “Natural Born Citizenship” status be revisited, only to be shot down in flames (Source: Yahoo! News / Associated Press). Bad idea. For everybody, folks.
In the case of the former, it has already been proven he was never born on U.S. soil. Nope. It has already been proven again and again “Steve-O” was born on a little island at least a hundred miles off of the U.S. West Coast called “Hawaii”. I’ve written about this SEVERAL times; most recently a few days ago when I aided the always-dependable mainstream media in exposing Barry as a Hawaiian, not an American. I even went as far as to publish a copy of his official Hawaii-issued drivers license, which clearly does show he was, indeed, an OFFICIAL citizen of that small Pacific island. One of Sarah Palin’s “Real Americans from the REAL America” (Source: CNN)? I think NOT. And now, my fellow “REAL Americans”, let’s talk about Sarah’s former sidekick, Señor McCain, shall we?
If I’ve said this once, I’ve said it hundreds of times: Señor Panama John McCain, while he may very well have been born in Panama in or around 1917 as he freely admits, and while there is no DOUBT the United States had complete ownership of the Panama Canal at the time (Source: WikiPedia), he was NOT born to his U.S. military parents in a banana boat as he would have liked for us to believe. Nope. Señor McCain was plopped out of his mommy’s womb on Panamanian SOIL, which may actually make him just another illegal alien by U.S. federal law. Whether or not Panama John is an illegal alien, it IS awfully hard to argue a Panamanian guy is Constitutionally eligible to be our president; at least as hard as it is to argue a Hawaiian guy is, too.
Thanks again for NOTHING, Supreme Court (so-called) “Justices”, for causing a now-unavoidable Constitutional crisis.

Fannydb, you really need to up your meds. If you can’t afford them, there are programs for people like you. If those programs aren’t of any assistance to you, I’m pretty sure you’ll have no trouble getting a Court to declare you incompetent, after which your food, lodging, and meds will be provided at no cost to you.
Think about it. Nice dayrooms, padded flooring that you can beat your head against without getting the injuries you get now when you think about Obama being the President. What are you waiting for?

This was not a landmark ruling by the Supreme Court.
They refused to hear the case, and, as usual refused without comment as to why. Without hearing the case, they cannot make a ruling, landmark or other wise. Now the case has to go back to the lower court which will make a ruling or throw it out. So far at least one case alleging that Obama is not a natural born citizen has been throw out as being without merit. And no, F&B, I do not remember where I read it as I read up to fifty blogs and newsites a week, plus two newspapers, plus various cable news sites, including Fox. I guess you could say that I’m a news junkie and I like to hear or read several different view points on the same subject. I do tend to lean toward Jon Steward.
Now I’m going to go back to worrying about my shrinking retirement fund and how many more people are going to find themselves jobless this month.
