It’s not looking too good right now for Señor Juan Sidney McCain, “The Esteemed Gentleman From Arizona Panama” and President-elect Barry “Steve” Obama right now. The question, H/T to those fantastic, non-biased, “Great Americans” of WorldNetDaily (Bob Unruh this time) are reporting some disturbing developments, which may, in fact, be already in motion at the SCOTUS to disqualify both Barry “Steve” and Panama Juan from their so-called “legal rights” to run for and even serve in the Oval Office.
In a moment, I’ll be providing a “snippet” or two from this disturbing WND article, but in a nutshell, a fellow (REAL) “natural born Citizen” of the United States who resides in the Great State of New Jersey by the name of Leo C. Donofrio been staying on N.J.’s Secretary of State Nina Wells like “white on rice” push this extremely important issue all the way up the steps of the Supreme Court of The United States Of America and it appears “Citizen Donofrio” has finally succeeded in having his voice heard. This man, dear readers, is nothing less than a Great American and THIS blogger thanks him sincerely for keeping it up and fighting that “good fight” to ensure this country doesn’t fall under the rule of an “outsider” of these United States.
For example, it has already been proven that Señor McCain was born in the nation of Panama, later to migrate to Arizona after earning his naturalized U.S. Citizenship by crashing airplane after airplane (Source: TPM) while protecting our freedom and democracy in Asia (including more than a few pre-war airplane crashes), then serving as a heroic POW for years. I say “who CARES if the man is a Panamanian FIRST, and an American Citizen SECOND? He’s a genuine “war hero”, for cryin’ out loud. Give the man a break. I sincerely do hope the SCOTUS takes this under consideration before arriving at the conclusion the man had no “bidness” being on a presidential ballot. Give the man a break. Barry “Steve” on the other hand… much more troubling to MOI (and again, yes… I AM part French).
For example, FactCheck.Org will verify the FACT President-elect “Barry Steve-O” wasn’t born in the continental United States either. Nope. Sorry to break it to you “lilly-livered-libs”, but the man was born thousands of miles away from the United States on a tiny island in a place called “Hawaii”. The birth “certificate” that has been widely publicized is actually a “Certification” of live birth. Apparently it is the document Hawaii used (uses) to record births that occur outside Hawaii but which the parent(s) want to have recorded in Hawaii. It is quite different from their actual Birth “Certificate” which is used to record births that occur in Hawaii.
I know liberals like to look the other way when one of theirs is committing a felony, but this issue just might have some teeth. I’m surprised it took so long for the MSM and the bloggers to notice it. If D’Oh-bama and his bama-bots don’t respond to the Supreme Court’s request, he could be looking at a summary judgement against him.
Actually, John McCain’s citizenship was questioned by democrats early on in the campaign and he quickly, and without hesitation, produced the documents that PROVED BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen as defined by our Constitution.
Why is the democrats’ god-king D’Oh-bama refusing to release similar documents that will clear this up? And why is he refusing to release admission records from Occidental College, Columbia, and Harvard??? Is it because at that point in his life he was still claiming Indonesian citizenship??? Quite possibly so.
I understand all the partisan crap that fills the airwaves and the blogosphere, but I don’t understand why democrats would be so bitter, partisan, and hate-filled that they would rather see an Indonesian citizen as President-Usurper than a true American citizen. If this happens, we WILL have a full-blown – like you’ve never seen it before – constitutional crisis.
Everyone should be urging the Supreme Court to clear this matter up once and for all. And it should be done BEFORE the Electoral College (and/or the Congress) votes to actually Elect the next President. This will completely AVOID a constitutional crisis and will ensure the integrity of our Constitution.
The people have spoken. I am actually pulling for Obama on this issue just because he did win (thanks to ACORN and 700 million votes cast in Ohio alone). I want him to prove his citizenship and I hope he can do that, but if does not prove his citizenship, there must be a reason why he is failing to do so. I will not support an Indonesian citizen as President of the United States.

I guess the standard for politicians are quite low because if celebrity, rich, and famous types behave in the disturbing ways they do, it must be normal. They seem to have no problem taking the money many (most?) Americans give them.
As I understand it, Obama meets the criteria of Article II of the Constitution which stipulates the minimum qualifications for the US presidency being a natural-born citizen, 35 years old, a redident of the US for fourteen years.
Hawaii became US soil in 1959 (Aug. 21) and Obama was born 1961 (Aug.4). Obama made an image document available in mid-2008 to allay concerns and it is reasonable to me that he had blacked out the certificate number in his haste to present the docu until it was confirmed that no one could do anything crazy with that info.
I also understand that the certificate looks different than other ones because they periodically change up the border on them, however this does not affect the validity of them and the date the border design is changed is noted at the very bottom of the certif, so others, born around the same time have the same border design. (Just like it is here)Also, if the certificate is not partial, the hospital has his birth records.
As for this accusation, it seems that it’s becoming redundant and they’ll have to get more creative than the ‘he’s not a citizen’ wolf cry! US lawsuits over candidates eligibility is not uncommon (though I am gald they are at least being ‘vigilant’ on this point- blind nationalism isn’t always bad), Johnny Panama (GTL makes me laugh!), Dick Cheney, and Barry Goldwater…there is probably more?!?

The issue is not whether Obama was born in Hawaii. The issue is whether he (Barry Soetoro) lost his U.S. citizenship when he was adopted by his mother’s second husband, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia. This is where he attended a Muslim school, the enrollment records of which show his name as Barry Soetoro and his citizenship as Indonesian.
“Obama” (aka Soetoro) refuses to release other records that could easily clear this up.
Even if his U.S. citizenship were lost due to these circumstances, all he has to do to regain his citizenship is to renounce his Indonesian citizenship and swear an oath of allegiance to the United States.
When McCain was asked, he submitted valid PROOF of his citizenship. Why is Obama being so evasive?
There seems to be a lot of ‘reasons’ flying around as to why his citizenship is invalid. If it’s a matter of his citizenship being lost to being schooled in Indonesia for a few years, then why are you questioning the credibility of his birth certificate, and what brand it is?
If he did gain citizenship in Indonesia, would that not be ‘dual citizenship’? That is how it works as far as I understand it to btwn Canada and the US. Indonesia may be different. But I would think he retains his citizenship given his mother was on US soil when she gave birth to him. Isn’t that why there are pregnant Mexican(probably not just Mexican) women who illegally cross the border just to give birth in the US so their child will have citizenship rights?

I hardly think someone whose been serving as senator has not cleared security checks, including having the required citizenship. I dont think the US system is drastically different from the Canadian one, and it would be required that an employee at whatever level in the gov’t, let alone the rest of the workforce here have appropriate citizenship. He wasn’t doing your laundry and cleaning your toilets before he bid for president.
Besides, would Obama really risk it? Making president knowingly not being a proper citizen, it really defies logic. I don’t know how crazy the guy is (though he seems a lot more stable than any of the other candidates, past or present) but to have aspirations to be president seems to me you’d have your $h!t in order just a little bit.

I like the name Soetoro. It’s a lot like the Indonesian revolutionist (or anti-imperialist) Soekarno. Such an important and powerful man. He gave a moving speech when he declared Indonesia’s independance from (not just the Dutch, but the Japanese fascists), and talked about political democracy as being meaningless without economic and social democracy.
fanbd, a school registry in Indonesia back in the 60′s is a far cry from a legal document of citizenship. Because the Indonesians had suffered so much under the imperialist rule of the Dutch and did no better under the Japanese, and were fiercely nationalistic as an obvious response to both occupations, it was wise of his step-father to list him as a national to avoid discrimination and being treated as a foreigner and giving him a local name…that was a good fatherly thing to do in protecting his boy, but a school registry hardly changes his citizenship. I have never had to provide proof to my schools about my citizenship beyond checking a box in an application as being one or another (which also just differentiates what price I pay as far as I know), and I’m not even talking elementary school- that is true for Uni. and I know that Canada is much more stringent on regulations now than Indonesian elementary schools were in the 60′s.

Stellar – regarding post 14: as I understand it, it was the adoption by his Indonesian step-father, not the school registration, that altered his citizenship status under Indonesian law at the time.
