Michelle Malkin Writes What Amounts To A Public Service Announcement To Warn Potential McCain-Palin Voters There Are Scarying Looking Black Guys Standing In Front Of Polling Station In The City Of Brotherly Love On Election Day, 2008
Michelle Malkin, God love her, has provided the Blogospheres with some disturbing video of “civilian guards” she has assumed are direct hires of Barry “Steve” Obama’s who are carring “scary looking billy sticks” in front of a polling place in Philly located at 1221 Fairmount Avenue. Some may find this to be a bit hypocritical of Michelle, who has long joined myself and many other fans of our 2nd Amendment Civil Liberty Right To Keep And Bear Arms (“RTKBA” for acronym fans) inridiculing the [MIS] logic of our fellow Americans who wish to ban assault weapons simply upon the basis they are “scary looking”. While I’m not quite ready to just jump out there and call Michelle a hypocrite for going out of her way to attack some “scary looking” black gentlemen with “scary looking sticks”, I’m not entirely sure she’s thought this one completely through.
For example, let’s take a look at this shocking video she displays at the link I’ve just provided you:
WOW — Those guys ARE frightening looking, indeed. Just watching this video without pausing or paying close attention to what’s happening in the foreground and background, just like Michelle Malkin, I’d automatically jump to the same conclusion; the conclusion that these men are only there to scare the bejeebus out of white folk who might be headed to 1221 Fairmount Avenue to cast a vote in favor of Señor McCain of Arizona Panama. But hey, for some reason, I thought it MIGHT just be prudent to take a closer look at the video before I joined in with the rest of my fellow far-right, Christian fundamentalist bloggers in declaring a bunch of “Black Panthers” were billy-clubbing the hell out of white folk and I’m glad I did. For example:
Pause the video at the ten-second mark and you’ll see a white guy standing, admiring the flora and fauna just to the left of the “crime scene”, both hands in his pockets as a white woman (surely McCain-Palin voters, both of them) exits the polling station with a “GOP” pin on her left lapel. You might have to do a screen capture and blow up the still twenty times to see it but it’s there. Trust me, I’m a blogger.
Now, look at the twelve-second mark. You’ll see a white woman chatting cheerily on her cellphone with with McCain spokesman Tucker Bounds, espousing her belief in the Republican Party and her allegiance to Panama Juan and Sarah the “Barracuda” Palin. You’d have to have about a thousand dollars worth of amplified, powered, 300 watt speakers like I do to catch the background conversation, but again, I’ll ask you to trust me because, yep — I’m a blogger, just like Michelle is. Throughout the video, you’ll see her chat-chatting away with Tucker Bounds and she doesn’t appear to be frightened in the least. While Michelle and my other fellow, far-right, GOP bloggers haven’t the equipment I have, it’s easy to assume why they would jump to the conclusion this white woman is engaged in a desparate 911 call to report her beating.
Twenty-Five second mark: Another white woman leaves the polls, apparently unharmed and happy to have cast her vote for Juan Sidney McCain. It was too quick of a scene for most people to notice, so it’s understandable how Michelle might have missed it.
1:05 mark: A Bored-looking, caucasian “flower guy” still hanging out in front of the polling station, obviously so frightened he cannot take his hands out of his pockets in fear he might have to pull his concealed handgun to defend himself against those ten-inch, scary-looking sticks the black guys have on their person. Or, perhaps, he really ISN’T bored and frightened. It’s hard to figure out, so again, the benefit of the doubt goes to Michelle Malkin on this one.
I’m going out on a limb here to figure there’s nothing to see, move along, but that’s just MOI (and again, yes, I AM part French and proud of it). But, hey — thanks for lookin’ out for us, Michelle.
PS: That “October Surprise” I told you all about (gotta look at the comments to catch it) — remember that one — from my GOP Insider? Guess what it was and why it didn’t happen? I’ll be glad to explain and you’ll see/hear it in the coming weeks, days, months, etc. — whenever the GOP decides to release it (if ever). There IS a recording of Michelle Obama referring to our First Lady, Laura Bush as “… that white b*$%#!” and the GOP has it. The reason it wasn’t released is due to two reasons:
A) Independent and swing voters were starting to float over to the Obama-”O” Biden team citing Panama John’s and Sarah Barracuda’s negativity as a major reason –
B) The validity of the source (Michelle Obama) has been verified but nobody was able to pin it down to a place and time. This left the GOP even wider open since this would give Michelle Obama multiple opportunities to deny it was actually her on the rant and/or simply dismiss it as another negative attack from Panama John’s campaign –
Just so yannow. You’ll see. Eventually.

The Blogospheres react (H/T goes to MemeOrandum) — just “snips” — read the entire columns: The always “on-spot” Marc Ambinder (Center-Left) of The Atlantic points out this happened in only ONE precinct and now it’s suddenly become the discussion of the hour amongst conservative bloggers; Andrew Sullivan of The Daily Dish (Center Right) is live blogging the election results but blogging from a “must read” unique world-view perspective; Our great friends of the Drudge Retort (Center Left) have a thing or two to say about the so-called “Philly Black Panther NON “scandal”; TPM Election Central reports Barry “Steve” Obama is disputing this whole “Black Panther” rumor; Steve Schippert of WizBang (Right) arrives at the same OUTRAGED (!!!) conclusions Michelle Malkin has.; Riehl World View (Right) excuses these “scary-looking black guys” — they’re just the traveling youth choir from Obama’s church, he says; My fellow Alabamian blogger, Doctor Steven Taylor of PoliBlog has made some interesting predictions

If they were white and protecting john mccain, would you bother making a big fuss out of it? Michelle, don’t forget to look at your own skin before judging others.

All of the little dirty republican tricks haven’t fully played out yet. Obama and his O-bots still have to respond to the Supreme Court by Dec. 1 on the issue of Obama’s citizenship. Oh, wait, that was a democrat dirty trick.
So why is it that Obama has refused to release his birth certificate, or his records from Columbia and Harvard to the courts? Maybe because he claimed to be an Indonesian citizen when he enrolled? Hmmmm, we may never know for sure. One thing we do know for sure is that he isn’t even President yet but he is already being dishonest with the American people.

I thought it was a tremendous statement about how far this country has come when we made it through this Presidential race without making “race” an issue. I find it disgusting that people are bringing it up now.
I don’t care what race any of the candidates are part of. It should be, and has been a non-issue. The issue of citizenship is a different story. If either McCain or Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen, then they have no place running for President, and no claim on the office whether they win the election or not.
