Takes One To Know One: Serial Liar Says McCain Ads Go To Far Over The Edge Of Truth
With the amount of satire and irony I use on this website, one might imagine I’m making this up for a laugh or two, but these are actual points made by the the king of sleaze himself, Karl Rove, in his temporary gig as a FoxNews contributor between now and the time he gets hauled away by the Feds into the criminal courts for his multiple indictments. The Politico’s Jonathan Martin has it covered:
“… Karl Rove said this morning that John McCain’s attacks against Barack Obama have stretched the truth.
Appearing on “Fox News Sunday,” Rove said McCain had “gone one step too far, and sort of attributing to Obama things that are, you know, beyond the 100 percent truth test.” …
WOW. Isn’t that like Satan complaining about Saddam Hussein being “just a bit TOO evil“? Or, like former paid Republican staffer and currently executed G.O.P. serial killer (they’re always Republicans it seems, doesn’t it?), Ted Bundy complaining about Saddam Hussein’s body count being “just a bit TOO large for his comfort“?
Just when one MIGHT be thinking Karl Rove had done the first good deed in his life by going after Señor McCain of Arizona Panama’s McCain Para Èl Presidenté Campaign for lying his behind off in his sleazy “Different Kind of Campaign” ads, he goes over the top himself by blasting independently-operated, unbiased and highly-respected fact-checking sites such as FactCheck.Org and others. Matt, of Think Progress brings us the “rest of the story“:
“… on Fox News Sunday today, former Bush political adviser Karl Rove dismissed the organizations, claiming that “they’ve got their own biases built in there.” “You can’t trust the fact-check organizations,” said Rove. …”
So, there we go — Karl Rove didn’t find “God” after all and he’s still not a converted choirboy either. On the one hand, he says we can’t trust the REAL truth when we see or hear it and on the other hand, he tells us Señor “Panama John” McCain knows the truth and is far exceeding it in his ads against Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Perhaps, it’s simply a case of recognizing the obvious; the obvious truth everybody else is beginning to recognize, including the far-right FoxNews anchors and pundits themselves, concerning a few little “distortions of the truth” coming from both J. Sidney McCain and Sarah Palin these days?
Whatever the reason, Señor McCain and Sarah “Barracuda” Palin could not have POSSIBLY been slapped down any harder by an unlikely, similarly “truth-challenged” Republican “foe” than they were today by the likes of FoxNews Commentator future jailbird, Karl Rove.

Fact check organizations arent very accurate.
Alaska does in fact produce 20 percent of our energy needs. Bet you have no clue as to how I arrived at that do you. Yet its very true and Sarah Palin is not a liar.
However if you use your own numbers then you can make anyone a liar.
Fact. Alaska produces about 20 percent of our oil that the US produces. IF…..IF…..IF you do not count offshore oil production which then makes Alaska produce about 6 percent of our energy needs.
However Offshore oil is not the property of states beyond 8 miles. However all minerals coming out of the ground and within 8 miles offshore belong to the states and are included in production numbers.
Anything beyond the 1953 act of 8 miles then does no longer belong to the states are they are not allowed to gain mineral revenues from this production.

Just because you can twist the facts to make this particular inaccurate statement not actually be a lie doesn’t mean she’s not a liar. Everything coming out of this dirty whore’s mouth is a lie (sorry GTL). There is no truth whatsoever in the image the right wing lie machine has spewed at us (they are much more effective than the left wing lie machine). Everything she says gets shot down in an hour or two but they just keep spewing. Bury the old lies with new ones.
