Republican Candidate Admittedly Could Not Turn A Computer On A Few Weeks Ago But Has Now Learned How To Spam
The Washington Post‘s Paul Farhi is reporting Senator McCain of Arizona Panama has now taken a page out of Communist China’s playbook by encouraging sympathizers to spam popular Liberal, Conservative, Moderate, and Other blogs with his “cut and paste” talking points — the most prolific of his spammers will accumulate “points” entitling them to prizes. In the one and ONLY direct link Señor McCain will ever receive by The Gun Toting Liberal™, click HERE to see for yourselves just how LOW Panama John will stoop to convince The People to endorse the prolonging of the Bush Oligarchy -slash- Police State versus the installation of the Barack Obama Nanny State.
Perhaps, I am simply jealous. My website wasn’t included. Oh, come on, now, Señor McCain — SPAM me, brother! On a serious note, The WaPo story points out the site owners targeted for the McCain spam haven’t noticed any sort of a noticable “TROOP SURGE” (pun intended) of McCainiacs in their web traffic. Interestingly, he makes it easy for his “troops” to spam — all they’ve got to do is cut and paste his talking points. Here’s how easy it is — From the McCain For King‘s suggested blog comments:
When John McCain is President, the era of the permanent campaign will end. He will work with anyone who wants to get this country moving again and will listen to any idea intended to solve our problems, not make them worse.
There is a problem, however, with this strategerie of Señor McCain’s — the method lures in and appeals to mindless drones. McCain offers no cut-and-paste rebuttals for his would-be spammers to use once they are called to the carpet by other commentators who are able to quickly expose them for the geniuses IDIOTS they are. For example, if I were to offer the following rebuttal to the spamming commentator, there is no cut-and-paste answer for them to fight back with:
“I’m calling B.S. on you and your hero! McCain’s been on a ‘permanent campaign’ for decades. The only way he would do anything to end the ‘permanent campaign’ would be to once again attack our Constitutional Civil Liberty of Free Speech by signing ‘McCain-Feingold II’ into law!”
Obviously, it would be hard for anyone to mount a rebuttal to the above, but harder yet for a mindless McCain For King clone who has nowhere to turn for a cut-and-paste talking point.
AN ASTOUNDING TURNAROUND
Yes, folks — it was just weeks ago we learned Panama John McCain couldn’t even turn a computer on yet and look at him now — he’s a low-life spammer already. Forget the fact it’s unethical (he’s no stranger to that) — it’s also unethical to stomp out the 1st Amendment but he’s done that, too — but give credit where credit’s due. Not only has the man learned the Internets, Social Networkings and the Blogospheres in record time, he’s on his way to building his very first “spam empire” already, and no spam empire was built overnight, my friends. At least he’s learned himself a new “skill” for once he’s booted out of office and must learn to pay his bills somehow…
Just think about it.

Other great blogger reactions to the “McCain Says Spam These Blogs” Article — Just “snips” — Visit their posts for their entire “scoop”:
Our Friends at the Drudge Retort are at it again — from one of their first few commentators:
“… Desperation on McCain’s part is not flattering.
I thought he wanted to run a civil campaign based on issues and truth.
The Straight Talk Express is in the ditch. …”
Donklephant, who doesn’t seem to be phased by being left off of the McCain spam list:
“… Folks, if this is how utterly clueless McCain’s camp is when it comes to social media strategy, it sends chills down my spine to think that they could be in charge of policy when it comes to our technology infrastructure, net neutrality, bloggers rights, etc. …”
“… Of course, this isn’t a new tactic. As the Post notes, “the Chinese government has paid Chinese citizens token sums for each favorable comment about government policies they post in chat rooms and on blogs.” Country first, indeed. …”
“… A correspondent informs me that he stumbled upon that page “a few months ago” and observes that the fact we’re just now learning about it means it’s not creating its desired effect. Quite bizarre.”
“… it’s kind of sad that you can’t find a conservative who is legitimately excited enough about John McCain to promote him online for free. I think the accurate response to any McCain supporter at this point is “how many buttons did you just win for that comment?”
“… let’s pause to appreciate the ways in which the McCain campaign has borrowed the tactics of an authoritarian communist regime.
In some ways, I’m a little surprised conservatives aren’t more insulted by this. The McCain campaign assumes a) his supporters need prize incentives to say nice things about him; and b) these same supporters aren’t quite smart enough to come up with their own ideas, and need to copy and paste pre-approved comments that the campaign has come up with for them. …”

Riiiich. So very rich! Isn’t there a law against spamming on the ‘net?! Sometimes it makes me shudder to think that our .gov is run by such intellectuals. NOT! This is pitiful, folks. He’s 71 years old for cripes sake! Do we really need another prezdementia!?!
I’m disgusted and outraged. I say we hang the jerk that trained the Bush Monkey McCain how to even turn on a computer! Sad, just sad.
He’s grasping at everything he can to even hope to not be “Mondale’d”! I’m not sure at this point whom I should say rest in peace too?
Great post my friend! Got me fired up to look at this issue too! God bless ya…
Linked back to ya Gunny, I loved this post! Great work my friend.
Appreciate the link, my brutha!
D-Day hits the nail on the head. At this point I’d be more enthused if Perez was the “conservative” candidate. I’m not surprised that “Maverick” has farmed out his comments.
I am a bit disappointed that your site wasn’t on the hit list . It would be fun to torment the McSpammers for a change of pace.
