Question: WHY Does It Take FOUR Mainstream Media (“MSM”) Reporters To Announce A “Has-Been’s” Endorsement Of A Presidential Hopeful?
The headline tonight at ABC News‘ “Political Radar” SCREAMS: “Edwards To Endorse Obama“. Despite the FACT Mr. Ambulance Chaser Edwards’ endoresment was seen on LIVE TV by MILLIONS, it STILL took four (count ‘em — Kate Snow, Raelyn Johnson, Sunlen Miller, and Rick Klein — that’s FOUR) ABC News MSM reporters to collaborate, fact-check, and, ULTIMATELY, bring this so-called “breaking nooz” to the public.
One can only guess: Kate Snow watched the endorsement live while recording it on her DVR. She phoned Raelyn Johnson, said, “You’ve GOTTA see this SH*&!!!!“. Raelyn jumps into her hybrid and guns the throttle, maxing it out doing 40 in a 35 MPH zone to Kate’s apartment. Shocked at the video, she phones Sunlen Miller who verifies this did, INDEED, occur. He starts thumping away on the keyboard; hunting and pecking at 22 words per minute with two fingers, then Rick Klein comes along behind him and runs the spell-checker and WOA-LAH — fokes — we got us a STORY here! Not to mention, two or three hours after my bretheren (and sister) bloggers had reported it.
And, the “end product”? Of COURSE, it’s nearly “perfect“, and causing shockwaves to occur all througout the blogosphere (H/T again to MemeOrandum):

Never MIND the fact we “political junkies” already knew this was going to happen weeks ago. Never MIND the fact we “political junkies” had already changed the channel on our television sets to the latest NBA playoff game long before ABC News‘ four most trusted (so-called) “Citizen Journalist -Slash- MSM Reporters” supposedly “broke” this “nooz” to the masses within HOURS after the actual story (again, on LIVE T.V.) had occured.
Folks, at THIS point, we can either continue to praise our “fact-checking” and “double-fact-checking”, so-called “pedigreed journalists” for bringing “the nooz” to you, or you can just continue to laugh at them and log onto sites such as The Gun Toting Liberal™ where you can enjoy the Truth brought to you with a capital “T” via a loud, proud, beer swilling connisseur, college dropout, former failed “Dot-Commer”, mid-high-level blogger, where WE FREELY ADMIT our fact-checking is optional, our “bloviating” is the norm, a “no-spell-checker-allowed-zone” is enforced, and our bias is PROUDLY displayed…
In the end, the facts are the facts — The Former State Senator From North Carolina Ambulance Chasing former Democratic presidential candidate, John Edwards, has… IN FACT… endorsed Barack Obama for the presidency.
Now, what was so hard about that? Why must it take FOUR (again — count ‘em — 1, 2, 3, FOUR) folks at ABC News to report this simple fact to y’all? That’s what I’D like to know. Talk about “uneccessary overhead“.
More on the topic though, just WHY did a half-drunken Barack Obama have to go and slap a pretty auto worker on the derrieré during a press conference and refer to her as “Sweetie“?
On the OTHER hand — did it really happen that-a-way after all? Let us once again turn to our favorite four MSM ABC News reporters for the “Truth” with a capital “T” since the rest of us are, apparently, not “sophisticated enough” to wade through the mud to get to the facts…
