G.O.P. Darwinism In Action

Republilcan Congressman from California David Dreier exemplifies the party plague with Darwinism...Today, the Republicans of Congress protested the Democrats’ attempt to reset the Constitutional balance of powers between the Executive and Legislative branches destined to be inherited by our next president — Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama — yet to be determined but most assuredly not by any Republicans such as John McCain or Mike “Huck” Huckabee.

In the typical Darwinian G.O.P. fashion we’ve grown accustomed to over the last dozen-plus years, the conservatives, whose reigning President Bush has attempted to rob the Legislative and the Judicial branches of their once Constitutionally established “Separate But Equal” powers with his moves to establish the Executive as the “Number One Superbranch” to reign supremely over the other two branches, banded together to stand united in ensuring Hillary or Barack would inherit such powers as:

  • The “right” to data-mine and wiretap Republican Congressmen and women without a warrant if a President Hillary or Barack thought they might be up to something “suspicious” or “dangerous to national security” (a power once enjoyed only with the permission of the Judicial Branch) -

  • The “right” for a President Barack or Hillary to wage, finance and/or threaten to wage war against other nations without a Republican Congressional “say so” in the matter (a power once only enjoyed by the Legislative Branch) -

  • The “right” for a President Hillary or Barack conduct witchhunts and plant evidence against Republican Congressmen and women, then refuse to be held accountable because the details of the crime and its players were a “secret” -

  • The “right” for a President Hillary or Barack to classify and declassify information at their whim as long as it benefitted Democratic members of Congress -
  • This is just one completely uneducated and Darwinian quote from one of the disgruntled Republican Congressmen from California:

“… Rep. David Dreier (R-Calif.) said the case “creates the potential to undermine the power of the first branch of government.” … – The Hill

Hmm… “first branch of government” did the man say? Yes, I do believe he did, indeed.

Here’s a NEWSFLASH for you, Mr. Dreier: We, The People are the ONLY “first branch of government“. The Judiciary, the Legislative and the Executive branches are SUBSERVIANT to we average, ordinary Citizens and there is no Constitutionally-mandated order in which the Judicial, Executive and Legislative branches stand in importance and power. It doesn’t work like this, Sir:

  • 1) Executive Branch
  • 2) Judicial Branch
  • 3) Legislative Branch
  • Oops, sorry, it DOES work that way; I simply meant it wasn’t supposed to work that way and never did work that way before President Bush grabbed power from the Judicial Branch by installing Republican “mini-legislator activists” in the SCOTUS and the Republican Senators and Congressmen and women voluntarily weakened their own power by handing it over to the Executive so King Barack or Queen Hillary could finalize and/or “tweak” any of hard-fought, Republican-sponsored laws with his or her “magic signing statements”.

See what I mean by “Darwinian”, folks? And these idiots wonder why the numbers of their beloved Republican Party are shrinking and shrinking by the day. They truly believe they are smarter than The People — many of whom are much wealthier and/or famous then they themselves, and self-made to boot

At least WE are not the ones who are intentionally committing mass “suicide” by drinking the kool-aid — they are.
